Yam With White Chickpeas With Hummus

3 yams
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, depleted (save fluid) and flushed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zing
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
ocean salt to taste

Directions
Stage 1
Preheat stove to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Stage 2
Punch holes all over yams with a fork.
Stage 3
Broil yams in the preheated stove until delicate, around 45 minutes; let cool. Slice yams down the middle longwise.
Stage 4
Consolidate garbanzo beans and olive oil in a blender and heartbeat a few times to crush. Scoop figure out of yam strips and add to the blender; heartbeat to consolidate.
