Elements of Khara Seena
2 pieces chicken bosoms
30 ml mustard oil
8 gm cooked green cardamom
8 gm cooked cinnamon stick
8 gm cooked clove
5 gm salt
30 ml refined oil
8 gm cooked narrows leaf
8 gm cooked mace powder
8 gm cooked red bean stew
For Marination
15 gm ginger glue
5 ml lemon juice
15 gm garlic glue
Instructions to make Khara Seena
Stage 1
Make cuts on chicken bosom. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic glue and lemon juice
Stage 2
Save to the side for 30 minutes. To make the Khara Masala, cook all flavors and drudgery to coarse powder
Stage 3
Add mustard oil and refined oil to chicken and focus on the khara masala and marinate for 1 hour at any rate.
Stage 4
