½ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 ¼ teaspoons dynamic dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 ½ cups regular baking flour

Directions
Stage 1
In an enormous bowl combine as one the warm water (110 degrees), yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil.
Mix in 2 cups of the flour to make a delicate ball. Ply in extra flour so batter is delicate and not tacky.
Place worked mixture in a medium size lubed bowl. Cover and let ascend until multiplied in size.
Stage 2
Punch down mixture, and structure into ball or portion shape.
Place onto a lubed treat sheet. Cover and let ascend for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat the stove to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Stage 3
Heat in the preheated broiler for 30 to 40 minutes, until brilliant brown.
