Messy Noodle Cutlet
2 bubbled potato
6 cheddar shapes
1/2 teaspoon red bean stew powder
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
salt as required
1 maggi noodles
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ginger glue
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon refined oil
Stage 1
First make maggi noodles by bubbling them in water and adding masala. When done, put them away.
Stage 2
In a bowl consolidate bubbled noodles, pureed potatoes, ginger and garlic glue, turmeric powder, red stew powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and salt according to taste. Blend everything well.
Stage 3
Make a semi solid batter by blending everything. Once done, take little balls from the batter and stuff cheddar 3D shapes in it. Provide it with the state of a cutlet. Rehash the interaction with the remainder of the mixture.
Stage 4
Presently heat 1 tbsp oil in a container or kadhai and shallow fry the cutlets till brilliant brown from the two sides.
Stage 5
Once done, present with ketchup or mint chutney.
