8 pieces washed and dried shrimps
1 cup water
1 cup refined oil
4 squeezes salt
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 cup regular baking flour
2 egg
Instructions to make Shrimp Tempura
Stage 1
Heat refined oil in a kadhai.
Stage 2
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add water (cold).
Stage 3
Add regular baking flour, cornflour and blend gently. Try not to over blend the player. Add salt.
Stage 4
Plunge washed shrimp meat in the player and sear until brown.
Stage 5
Eliminate from the oil and channel.
Stage 6
Serve hot with plunge of your decision.
