Masala Baked Eggs Recipe. A mix of spinach and eggs, Masala Baked Eggs is a very sound egg formula that you can have in breakfast and early lunch. As eggs have excellent protein and spinach has a few nutritious components in it, it turns into an enthusiastic breakfast formula.
1 tablespoon margarine
2 egg
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 squeezes salt
4 tablespoon parboiled,chopped spinach
1 little tomato
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 squeezes dark pepper.
Stage 1
Heat stove to sear. Oil two 250 gram gratin dishes with spread and add 2 tablespoon spinach in each dish.
Stage 2
Utilizing your fingers, make 2 wells in each heap of spinach and break 2 eggs in each well.
Stage 3
Cut tomato into 4 wedges and settle 2 wedges on inverse sides of each dish.
Stage 4
