500 gm minced chicken
1 enormous onion
1 tablespoon squashed to glue garlic
5 clove
2 red bean stew
1 tablespoon finely cleaved onion
4 squeezes salt
1/4 cup powdered chana dal
1 tablespoon squashed to glue ginger
5 dark cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
15 peppercorns
1 teaspoon finely cleaved green stew.
Stage 1
Pressure cook together (up to 5 whistles) the chicken mince, Bengal gram, onion, ginger-garlic, dried red bean stew, cardamoms, cinnamon, peppercorns, clove and salt. Try not to add an excess of water.
Stage 2
Permit it to cool. Crush the combination into a smooth glue.
Stage 3
Add cleaved coriander, onion and green chillies to it. Check for salt now.
Stage 4
Make little balls from the combination and level them between your palms looking like kebabs.
Stage 5
Heat refined oil in a dish (ideally non-stick) and shallow-fry the kebabs.
Stage 6
Decorate with onion rings and entire green chillies and serve hot with parathas and green (mint and coriander) chutney. Appreciate!
