100 gm peas
3 tomato
1 teaspoon stew powder
250 gm chick peas
dark salt as required
2 carrot
2 medium green stew
1 teaspoon cumin powder
250 gm sprout bean
1 1/2 cup water
For Seasoning
salt as required
1 tablespoon powdered jaggery
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chaat masala
For Garnishing
50 gm coriander leaves
Instructions to make Lal Hara Chaat
Stage 1
Strip and hack the carrots into little pieces in a bowl. Then again, finely slash the tomatoes in an enormous bowl. After this, finely slash the coriander leaves and keep it to the side.
Stage 2
Pour water in a dish and bubble it on medium fire, add carrots, chick-peas and green peas in the skillet and let them bubble.
