Ingredients of Kesar Malai Ke Ladoo

two hundred gm paneer
100 gm powdered jaggery
1 pinch saffron
four hundred gm heavy cream
15 pistachios
five inexperienced cardamom
How to make Kesar Malai Ke Ladoo
Step 1
Put the heavy cream in a sauce pan and stir fry for two-3 minutes.
Step 2
When the heavy cream has melted, grate and upload the paneer to it and preserve to stir fry.
Step 3
After the combination gets thick, blend inside the saffron in with 1 tbsp milk after which add it to the aggregate. Stir fry continuously till it becomes thick.
Step 4
Take out the combination and allow it cool and the jaggery a little by little. Take a bit quantity and form it in spherical balls like ladoos.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped pistachios.
