How To Make Tofu Salad
Fixings
1 tablespoon sweet bean stew sauce
½ teaspoon ground new ginger root
2 cloves garlic, squashed
1 tablespoon dim soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ (16 ounce) bundle extra-firm tofu, depleted and diced
1 cup snow peas, managed
2 little carrots, ground
1 cup finely destroyed red cabbage
2 tablespoons slashed peanuts
Directions
Stage 1
In an enormous bowl, blend the stew sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Place tofu in the combination, and marinate 1 hour in the cooler.
Stage 2
Heat a pot of water to the point of boiling. Drench the snow peas in the bubbling water for 1 to 2 minutes, then, at that point, submerge in a bowl of cold water. Channel, and put away.
Stage 3
Throw the peas, carrots, cabbage, and peanuts with the tofu and marinade to serve.
