How To Make Kesar Malpua.Malpua is a conventional recipe that may be made very easily. Malpua and Kheer are served as a subculture after any religious ceremony or any auspicious day. Ingredients
250 g – exceptional wheat flour
250 g – jaggery, grated
half tsp – cardamom powder

chopped almonds and pistachios
How to Make Kesari Malpua
Dissolve kesar in 2 tbsp heat milk.
Add water to jaggery and bring to a boil.
Boil until jaggery melts completely.
Take off warmth and funky absolutely.
Add flour to the jaggery water.
Stir it properly so that no lumps are shaped.
Add extra water if required to convey it to pouring consistency.
Beat for five to 7 mins in order that the combination turns into light and fluffy.
Add dissolved kesar to the aggregate and preserve it apart for two hours.
Place a Deep Frieding pan with lot of ghee in it.
When it is heated on low fireplace, lightly lower 1 tbsp of the batter into the heated ghee.
Fry until golden brown on both facets.
Take out with a slotted spoon and place in a strainer in order that the greater ghee drips down.
Fry the last batter further.
Garnish every malpua with almonds and pistachios.
