How To Make Egg Avocado Sandwich
Fixings
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 huge eggs
1 squeeze salt and ground dark pepper to taste
1 tablespoon spread, relaxed
2 cuts Italian bread
1 ounce Swiss cheddar, cut
1 ounce cheddar, cut
½ ready avocado, cut
Directions
Stage 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium intensity.
Break eggs into skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip and cook egg until done, 2 to 5 minutes more. Move eggs to a plate and season with salt and pepper.
Stage 2
Spread margarine onto 1 side of each bread cut.
Stage 3
Heat a skillet over medium intensity. Lay bread cuts in the hot skillet, spread side down.
Immediately layer Swiss cheddar, 1 seared egg, cheddar, 1 broiled egg, avocado, and remaining bread cut, spread side up.
Cautiously flip sandwich to barbecue opposite side until brilliant brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Stage 4
Eliminate sandwich from skillet and cut down the middle.
