Bohra Keema Ki Khichdi and Khurdi

4 Servings
1/2 kilograms minced sheep
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic glue
4 onion
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup moong dal
1/2 kilograms chicken
800 ml water
1 green stew
1 teaspoon red stew powder
1 1/2 tablespoon ginger glue
6 tablespoon ghee
2 bubbled egg
2 teaspoon cumin powder
salt as required
1 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon milk
4 mint leaves
1 teaspoon flour.

Stage 1 Wash minced meat and wipe off
To make keema, wash the minced meat and channel the water.

Stage 2 Saute onions with flavors and afterward cook bubbled eggs in it
Heat oil in a dish over medium fire and fry the 2 slashed onions until they become light brown in shading. Add red bean stew powder, ginger-garlic glue, turmeric, salt and water. Cook till the water totally evaporates. Eliminate from fire and add hacked bubbled eggs in it.

Stage 3 Soak rice and dal together for 15 minutes

Stage 7 Make a few layers and stove cook the khichdi with keema for 10 minutes and serve hot with khurdi
Presently, take a plate and put a layer of khichdi and keema. Make a few layers like this and afterward put it in the stove for 10 minutes at low hotness. Serve hot with khurdi!
