2 cup rice

1/2 cup ground coconut

2 tablespoon simmered peanuts

1 teaspoon chana dal

6 curry leaves

1/4 tablespoon sesame oil

100 gm crude mango

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon urad dal

salt as required

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

3 green bean stew

Step by step instructions to make Mavinakayi Chitranna

Cook rice

Wash and channel the rice. Cook the rice and keep it to the side. Rice ought to be cooked well yet not soft.

Grate the mango

Wash, strip and mesh the mango. Taste the mango and use it likewise.
