How To Make Mushroom Toast
Fixings
500 g (+-1lb) mushrooms of your decision (cleaned and hacked)
3-4 garlic cloves squashed
1 tsp stew/red pepper chips
1 tsp dried oregano/thyme
2 tbsp spread
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
hacked parsley for serving
4 cuts bread of your decision toasted
cream cheddar (discretionary)
Mushroom Toast
Directions
Heat a huge skillet over high intensity then add a tablespoon or two of olive oil.
Broil the mushrooms in groups, until all around sautéed everywhere.
Add every one of the mushrooms back to the dish with their resting juices and add the garlic, spices and stew chips. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the spread and lemon squeeze and mix well while the margarine is liquefying to make a velvety sauce then remove the intensity. Season to taste.
Serve the velvety mushrooms on toast spread with cream cheddar (discretionary).
