1 cup bubbled rice
1 tablespoon toor daal
6 red stew
1/4 cup cut onion
1/4 cup coriander leaves
5 squeezes salt
1/2 cup chana dal
1 tablespoon urad dal
8 clove garlic
1/4 cup coconut
1 squeeze asafoetida
1/2 cup refined oil
Instructions to make Spicy Adai
Stage 1
Wash and drench bubbled rice, toor dal and urad dal in water.
Stage 2
Allow it to douse for 4 to 5 hours least.
Stage 3
Add it to blender. Add garlic, red crisp, saunf powder and salt.
Stage 4
Add 1/2 cup of water and drudgery to a coarse player. Move to a bowl.
Stage 5
Add newly slashed coriander leaves, ground garlic and cut onions. Blend well.
Stage 6
Presently, heat a dosa skillet. Take a scoop brimming with hitter and spread in concentric circles.
Stage 7
Sprinkle oil to sides. Cook it on the two sides in medium fire to fresh and brilliant.
Stage 8
