1 medium eggplant/ brinjal

half of teaspoon turmeric
half teaspoon garam masala powder

1 cup tomato puree
2 small potato
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/four teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
half teaspoon purple chilli powder
half teaspoon fennel seeds

How to make Satrangi Sabzi
Step 1 Heat oil in a pan and chop greens
Firstly chop the greens as in step with your desire and maintain them aside. Add oil to a pan. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them splutter for a minute. Then add ginger-garlic paste.
Step 2 Add tomato puree
