Tart Melon Salad Recipe. This is a Continental serving of mixed greens formula which can be ready in a jiffy. All you really want is a few bits of watermelon, muskmelon which are covered with a dressing of squeezed orange, white wine vinegar and virgin olive oil. Melons are known for their hydrating properties with high water content and along these lines are the ideal summer organic products. This tart serving of mixed greens is delectable in taste and is prepared with salt and dark pepper.
300 gm watermelon
1 tablespoon sugar
salt as required
250 gm muskmelon
zest dark pepper as required.
Stage 1
To set up this simple serving of mixed greens, wash the watermelon and muskmelon and dice into pieces. Once done, join them in an enormous bowl.
Stage 2
In a different bowl, join the virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, squeezed orange and sugar and blend well.
Stage 3
Pour this dressing over the diced melon and sprinkle the salt and dark pepper on the top. Throw well.
Stage 4
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Eliminate and serve chilled.
