*Peas Pulao: Boiled green peas-1/4cup,Cumin seeds-1/4tablespoon, Oil/ghee-1tablespoon, Cooked rice-1cup, Salt to taste
*Peas Pulao-Heat ghee/oil in skillet. Include cumin seeds followed by peas and saute briefly. Include rice, change preparing, throw well. Also, serve.
*Bafouri Ki Sabzi

*Technique: Soak the Dal for 6-8 hrs. Grind alongside entire spice(ginger, garlic, kaali mirch daane, salt) and steam it as dumplings. Heat oil and saute ginger garlic glue. Include onion and cook till done. Add tomato puree and cook till dry. Add jeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, laal mirch, garam masala and cook till oil sperate. Add water and cook for some time. Add the dumplings and cook for not many mins. Actually take a look at preparing. Decorate with coriander leaves. Present with rice/paratha/roti.
*Heated Almond Kofta
*Arrangement:
*Elements for Kofta: Potato, bubbled and squashed – 2 cups, Nutmeg – A squeeze, Milk – 2 tablespoon, Almonds squashed – cup,Green onions, cleaved – cup, Refined flour – 1 tablespoon,Egg – 1 no, Salt – teaspoon, Pepper – teaspoon

Eggs – 2 no, Refined flour – for rolling, Dry breadcrumbs – for rolling
*Technique: Place the pounded potato in a bowl and add almonds, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, green onions, flour, and 2 eggs. Blend them well and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Presently fold them into equivalent estimated koftas. Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs independently in various plates.

Almond and Feta cheddar Rocher
*Arrangement: Almond Flakes with the strip – 200 gms, Feta cheddar – 350 gms, Chopped Parsley – 10 gms, Crushed Black pepper – 5 gms, Honey – 15 gms
