150 gm sheep
80 gm chana dal
2 tablespoon onion shallot
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon ground coconut

1 tablespoon garlic

150 gm basmati rice
80 gm toor daal

2 teaspoon aniseed
2 teaspoon red bean stew
1 tablespoon ginger
1 modest bunch curry leaves
1 squeeze asafoetida
1/2 cup refined oil

Step by step instructions to make Mutton Adai

Stage 1
To make this sheep Adai, take some parboiled rice and douse it for 60 mins. Blend every one of the dals in a bowl and splash them for 60 minutes.

Stage 2
