Rosemary Chicken.Ingredients 1/four cup white wine or 1/4 cup hen broth and 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided 1 tablespoon decreased-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed three garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon pepper 6 boneless skinless chook breast halves (4 ounces every)

1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 ½ teaspoons salt unfastened Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon sparkling rosemary
1 onion, finely diced

Step 1
