Murgh Badami Shorba Recipe. Shorba Recipe is a chicken curry produced using cream and almonds alongside a mixture of flavors. Shorba Recipe

1 tablespoon new cream
3 tablespoon ghee
750 gm chicken
1/2 tablespoon ginger glue
1 1/4 teaspoon red stew powder
4 tablespoon poppy seeds
7 gm clove
salt as required
2 inch cinnamon stick
1/4 cup yogurt (curd)
3 medium onion
25 almonds
1/2 tablespoon garlic glue
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
5 green cardamom
10 gm peppercorns
1 leaf sound leaf

Stage 1 Marinate the chicken pieces
Marinate chicken in a bowl and add ginger-garlic glue, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red stew powder and salt and blend well. Put away for 15-20 minutes. In a dish, dry meal flavors; cinnamon, cove leaf, peppercorns, cloves and cardamom. Cool at room temperature and afterward crush them into a fine powder. Additionally, grind together poppy seeds and almonds.

Stage 2 Saute onion and add chicken
Take a dish and hotness ghee in it. Add onions and saute till they get somewhat carmelized. Then, at that point, add the marinated chicken to it alongside red bean stew powder and ground powder. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt to the chicken and blend well, again cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stage 3 Add water and cook, then, at that point, serve hot
Add the ground glue and ½ cup water. Blend well. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Then, at that point, add salt and cream alongside slashed almonds for embellishing. Serve hot.
