Ingredients of Poha Samosa

Brown Rice Poha – half of cup
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Refined oil – 1 tsp
Maida – 1 cup
Potato – 2
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Dried mango powder – half of tsp
as required – salt
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
