Kerala High Court Issues Notice On Dowry. The Kerala High Court on Friday gave notice to the State government on a writ appeal looking for revisions and severe execution of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
A Bench, headed by Chief Justice S Manikumar, asked the public authority for what good reason the Act were not being executed rigorously.
The court inquired as to why there was no arrangement made to the posts of Dowry Prohibition Officers however endowment passings were being accounted for often.
The request, documented by Indira Rajan, the CEO of the Vikram Sarabhai Science Foundation, looked for a course to all administration workers to outfit an affirmation that they have not taken any share.
