400 gm meat pieces
5 cloves garlic
1 cup green pea split
5 medium tomato
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 small bunch coriander leaves
1 huge onion
1/2 cup water
3 squeezes dark pepper
3 medium potato
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
The most effective method to make Keema Aloo
Stage 1
For making this lunch recipe, heat olive oil in a huge wok over medium-high fire.
Stage 2
Add cleaved onion and cook until delicate and brilliant brown.
Stage 3
Presently add meat, garlic, ginger and cilantro into the wok. Mix well until meat is cooked and brittle.
Stage 4
Decrease intensity to medium-low. Also, add coriander, salt, cumin, pepper and turmeric. Blend tenderly.
