380 gm salmon fish
300 gm hung curd
100 gm new cream
1/2 tablespoon stew garlic glue
40 gm ginger glue
4 tablespoon mustard oil
12 gm garam masala powder
24 gm salt
40 gm broiled gram flour (besan)
24 gm cumin powder
4 gm dark salt
60 gm lemon juice
40 gm spread
60 gm garlic glue
12 gm dill seed
4 fenugreek leaves ( methi)
4 gm thyme
The most effective method to make Smokey Indian Spice Box Salmon
Stage 1
Clean the salmon and cut it into equivalent pieces. Then add ginger garlic glue to it and add cumin powder, thyme, salt and dill seeds.
Stage 2
Presently, take hung curd add broiled besan, dark salt , lemon juice, stew garlic glue then, at that point, wrap up with cream. Add salmon parts of it .
Stage 3
Stick and cook it in oven or prepare in stove for 20 minutes at(180C).
Stage 4
Serve hot.
