How To Make A Plum Roll
Fixing
1 cup cleaved almonds
1 ⅓ cups cream cheddar
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 squeeze salt
⅝ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups regular baking flour
¼ cup baking powder
⅞ cup plum margarine
1 ¾ pounds plums, pitted and diced
2 tablespoons margarine, liquefied
Directions
Stage 1
Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Gently oil a 10-inch springform container.
Stage 2
Place a skillet over medium-high intensity. Toast the almonds in the hot skillet until they become brown; put away to cool.
Stage 3
Join the cream cheddar, milk, oil, salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Blend in the flour and baking powder; manipulate together until smooth.
Put the mixture on a daintily floured surface, and roll the batter into a 20-inch square. Spread the plum margarine, plums, and toasted almonds over the mixture.
Roll the mixture up firmly like a jam roll. Cut into 12 even cuts. Organize rolls in pre-arranged dish. Brush spread over top of the rolls.
Stage 4
Heat in preheated stove until brilliant brown, 40 to 55 minutes.
