2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 squeezes salt
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 egg
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon worcestshire sauce
50 gm panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon spread
Instructions to make Spiced Crab Cakes
Stage 1
Channel the crab meat and put away.
Stage 2
Whisk the egg, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Stage 3
Add it to the crab and blend in with breadcrumbs and parsley. Cover and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
Stage 4
Shape the combination into 8 cakes.
Stage 5
Heat margarine with olive oil and cook the cakes.
Stage 6
Present with lemon wedges.
