Duck Curry with Pumpkin

1/2 kilograms duck
50 ml mustard oil
2 potato
1/2 ginger
3 green cardamom
2 straight leaf
2 cut green bean stew
1/2 teaspoon salt
250 gm pumpkin
1 garlic
2 onion
1 cinnamon
1 teaspoon coriander powder
3 clove
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon sugar.

Stage 1
In the first place, cut the duck meat into medium-sized pieces. Clean the meat appropriately. Likewise strip and wash the potatoes and pumpkin and slash them into pieces. Keep these aside.

Stage 2
Then, set up a glue by crushing together the onions, ginger and garlic until it is smooth. Likewise make a flavor powder by crushing the cardamom, cinnamon and clove.

Stage 3
Presently, put a kadhai over medium fire. Put the mustard oil in the kadhai and let the oil heat appropriately. Add the sound leaves and the onion-ginger-garlic glue and fry this combination briefly. Add the sugar and fry the blend for a couple of moments once more, until the glue is appropriately caramelized.
