Have 2 to 2.5 lts of water/day

Salt stipend = under a teaspoon/day

Oil stipend = 2-3 tsp/day

For cooking use mustard oil/sunflower oil/olive oil

Eat little and regular dinners. Control segment size and have an early supper

Active work: Brisk walk day to day for 30 – 40 minutes

Confine sleek flavors, snacks (southern style), velvety sauces and bread shop food varieties

Limit your coconut consumption
