500 gm chicken
3 tomato
1 teaspoon garlic glue
salt as required
1 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
6 tablespoon refined oil
3 onion

1 teaspoon red stew powder
3 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
1 1/2 cup water

Stage 1

Put a large portion of the amount of the salt, stew powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala, garam masala alongside ginger and garlic glue in a bowl, blend well.
