Ingredients
10 – capsicum medium, approximately comparable sized
three hundred g – cheese, pleasant grated
a hundred and fifty g – tomato
50 g – ginger
50 g – garlic
150 g – onion
100 g – boiled peas
50 g – green chillies
1 tsp – deghi mirch
Salt as consistent with taste
2 tsp – garam masala


How to Make Cheese Stuffed Capsicum
Heat a bit oil, upload finely chopped portions of garlic and fry until it turn brown.

Then put finely beaten aggregate of onion, tomato, ginger, green chilli in frying pan and maintain for 10 minutes on low hearth, and positioned boiled peas on this.

Also placed garam masala/deghi mirchi and salt within the pan.

Finally placed grated cheese and fry for 5 minutes. Now the stuffing is prepared.

Remove the seed from the capsicum after creating a small incision at the top.
