Fixings required for making Bhatti Chicken Recipe
2 kilograms chicken
4 green cardamom
2 teaspoon peppercorns
2 dark cardamom
1 pack mint leaves
4 green stew
1 tablespoon garlic glue
50 ml mustard oil
4 star anise
1 inches cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon clove
2 squeezes salt
1/2 pack coriander leaves
1 tablespoon ginger glue
4 tablespoon lime juice
2 squeezes salt
The most effective method to make Bhatti Chicken Recipe
Stage 1
Grind the flavor blend in an espresso processor/masala processor.
Stage 2
Make the chutney by mixing all the chutney fixings (mint leaves, coriander, green stew, ginger-garlic glue, lime juice and mustard oil) in a food processor.
Stage 3
Rub chicken with the zest blend and afterward marinate with the chutney.
Stage 4
Barbecue chicken on the grill or dish in a stove at 250° C for around 10 minutes. Present with mint chutney.
