20 Die As Heavy Rain, Landslides Hit Mumbai. Boss Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s office, in the mean time, declared ₹ 5 lakh each to the groups of the people in question. Prior state Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray, who is the child of the Chief Minister, visited the mishap site in Chembur.

The deluge caused substantial flooding in low lying spaces of Chunabhatti, Sion, Dadar, and Gandhi Market, Chembur and Kurla LBS Road.

Focal Railway said that because of water signing in tracks at Dadar, Parel, Matunga, Kurla, Sion, Bhandup and different areas, train administrations on principle line were suspended among CSMT and Thane.

A few significant distance trains on both Central railroad and Western Railway were influenced because of the overflowed tracks.
