*Sheep Curry presented with Peas Pulao

  • Strategy: Heat a skillet. Shower smidgen of oil. Add cinamon stick, sound leaf, jeera, cut onion.Caramalize the onions. Add the sheep and singe till pleasantly brown.Add potatoes(sweet potatoes), red bean stew powder, turmeric, squashed garlic, raisins and meat masala. From that point, add the sheep stock. Season it and put it on low intensity to stew for 2-3 hours till delicate. Decorate it with slashed parsley. Serve it with peas pulao.

*Bafouri Ki Sabzi

Include onion and cook till done. Add tomato puree and cook till dry. Add jeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, laal mirch, garam masala and cook till oil sperate. Add water and cook for some time. *Heated Almond Kofta

*Arrangement:
