Bengal Officer Caught In Mamata Centre Clash and Alapan Bandopadhyay, the official in the center recent flashpoint between Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been served notice by the Center for skirting a gathering led by the PM.
